This body weight float is a great warm up to get you moving in your body or to do at anytime as a warming pick me up. Below is the breakdown of the movements. If you are unfamiliar with any of them especially the front kick through, bear squat or squat sprawl I suggest you go to one of my tutorial videos first to get the breakdown. Feel free to take through as many rounds as you need and get creative adding in your own balancing or inversion postures. Have fun and stay strong!
