This is a 45 minute powerful flow class. We move through a lot of Warrior poses as well as some fun twisting transitions to mix it up a bit. We then move into some core work with Side Plank and Boat Pose. Toward the end of our class, we will practice headstand and shoulder stand. Headstand and shoulder stand are amazing inversions that are a great introductory to inversions for beginners. Check out my pose breakdown for Headstand if you would like a little more detail of how to get into the pose. We wind our practice down with Plow pose, spinal twists, and a twist variation of seated forward fold. Start standing at the top of your mat with your hands at heart center!
