Cleanse your system of impurities and old energy with this detoxing flow class. This is an all levels, beginner friendly class that is designed to bring new energy and life throughout your body. We do some detoxing postures like Eagle Pose and Spinal Twists in order to speed up our metabolism and rid our bodies of any old junk. We also do a breathing exercise called Breath of Fire, which allows us to create heat throughout our body and bring new life into our system. Lastly, we do some shoulder stretching and back opening because it just feels so great! Start standing at the top of your mat and enjoy!
