Get ready to work those arm and abdominal muscles!! This class allows you the opportunity to strengthen your arm muscles by doing a lot of push ups in the midst of your vinyasas. Keep in mind that you can always lower your knees down to your mat as a modification during these push ups. We also work our abs during this class. Building your core and arm muscles will help you work your way up to performing all of those arm balances and inversions you've always dreamed of! So lets do this! :)
