The pubic symphysis joint does a lot of work to stabilize and open during pregnancy. As your lovely baby grows bigger your hard working pelvis might have discomfort or pain. This practice offers stretches and movements that aim to avoid added discomfort to this area of the body.
As always, modify for your needs. We all carry our children differently, so trust yourself. Your body knows the way. Move with awareness and breathe as deeply as you can.
