Hi there! Yoga supports my life in so many ways, from physical health and mental wellness, to emotional regulation and spiritual development - and I am so glad to share all that I am learning along the way with you. As a student and a teacher, I’m dedicated to recalibrating movement patterns in the body. Through this practice, our relationships with our bodies serve as a mirror for the patterns we hold in our minds. It is here we have the opportunity to redirect, strengthen, or release. Over time, we can apply this powerful process to all aspects of our lives. In class with me, expect to move intentionally, welcome curiosity, and be physically challenged in a way that feels both energizing and easeful. See you on the mat!
