In 2018 I completed my 200-hr teacher training at Sivananda Bahamas, and in 2023 I completed my 300-hr training with Yoga East + West. Teaching yoga over the last 5 years has been a life changing experience for me, being able to share the knowledge passed down to me, allowing students to incorporate these practices into their daily lives. I teach all levels vinyasa style flows as well as slow & restorative yoga, meditation, & sound healing.
