Hi, my name is Emily B! I am an instructor, as well as the City Manager at Black Swan Yoga Dallas. Yoga became a part of my life at a time where I was very guarded, shy, and afraid to be myself. The practice of yoga and yoga teacher training reminded me of my strength, gave me the tools to breathe through my anxiety, and taught me to use my voice boldly and bravely. I want to make this practice accessible to as many people as possible. Whether you want to move fast, or slow, do a quick workout or a deep stretch, there is something for you here. It's an honor to move and breathe with you!
